How does it all work
the initial contact
When we speak to you on the phone or over email we always ask if you would like us to come out to see the work or if you're happy for us to provide a quote using pictures or videos you send in. If we feel we need to come and see the work we will ask to visit but 90% of the time pictures are sufficient. We will then provide you with a quotation via email and get you booked in for a date that suits you.
On the day of the works
On the morning of the job a technician shall arrive within a 30 minute window, for example 0830-0900. This allows for any traffic issues, the technician will then talk you through what will happen throughout the day and if there are no questions will start the work. All delicate areas will be covered with drop cloth and the work will begin. The technician will keep you updated throughout the day and show you progress at key stages of the restoration work.
Aftercare and maintenance
Once work is complete you will be shown the finish and asked that you're happy. The technician will then clean up and leave your home in the exact condition it was found. They will then explain all aftercare with you and products needed so that you can care for the floor yourself, or should you wish we can arrange a maintenance plan with you.
